Our Children Succeed Initiative

Youth Transition Program Large Print

Our Children Succeed Initiative (OCSI) is a partnership of children, youth, young adults, parents and caregivers working together with agencies to promote competent and coordinated services. Together, families and agencies organize and plan services for individuals ages 0-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral concerns and their families.  This ensures that each family receives services designed to meet their individual needs.

Program services include, but are not limited to:

  • Independent living skills
  • Mental health management
  • Acquiring and maintaining housing
  • Crisis assistance
  • Employment
  • Education
  • Skills building
  • Benefit assistance
  • Increasing support system with Care Teams

The Youth Transition Program is a partnership between the OCSI  and the Northwestern Mental Health Center, Inc.

The ARC Headwaters operates the Assistive Technology Lending Library which lends a variety of devices. They also hosts the "Assisting People through Technology" project which sponsors clinics and training sessions and provides information on assistive technology.
