Special Education services are available through the Area Special Education Cooperative.? Transportation is available to all rural students, and students are shuttled before and after school between the building sites in Halstad and Hendrum.? In addition to a comprehensive academic curriculum, the Norman County West School District offers a variety of extracurricular activities to students. Preschool, After school, and Summer School programs are also offered.? Parents are encouraged to actively participate in their children?s education.? The school facilities are centers of the communities hosting a variety of events including community education opportunities.? The school board, administration, and staff, work collaboratively with the communities they serve to provide a quality educational experience for students.? We believe our young people are worth it!
