First Call 2-1-1 is a 24 hour, 7 days a week Information and Referral service which helps people find the programs they need. ALL CALLS ARE CONFIDENTIAL, ANONYMOUS AND FREE. It is designed to be the most comprehensive system in the state, providing information on thousands of agencies and services, maintained and made available for all Minnesota residents.
