America's Homeless Children Fact Sheet
The National Center on Family Homelessness has created the following fact sheets to inform policy makers, service providers, funders and the general pubic about the issues facing homeless children and families.
This fact sheet provides information on the more than one million children who are homeless during a year’s time. It presents data that identify the causes of family homelessness and demonstrate both that homelessness hurts children and that homeless children are not receiving the services they need.
