Below are pictures from the Northwest Council of Collaboratives Governing Board Meeting held on Sept. 8th, 2006. This is the umbrella organization of 42 agencies and school districts in five counties (Polk, Norman, Kittson, Red Lake and Marshall) that received the SAMHSA System of Care Children's Mental Health Grant (7.5 Million for six counties in NW Minnesota over six years and Mahnomen County - also included in this grant) and the Emergency Response Crisis Management Grant ($400,000 for 18 mos.). The Executive Board of the NW Council of Collaboratives is a nine member board, comprised of two representatives from each of the five counties, Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Polk and Red Lake, except Kittson who has one representative.
