I am forwarding the email from the last State-Regional Collaborative meeting to ensure everyone is aware of the efforts to envision the future for collaboratives. The MACSSA Collaborative Committee has also begun to consider these issues, too. We know that many of you have already engaged in similar conversations regarding your own collaborative. Please continue this dialogue & remember to provide input & feedback to your regional representatives for them to share at the next meeting in St. Cloud on October 15th.

Good Morning,
I've attached a summary of our discussion at the State/Regional meeting in St. Cloud, July 17, 2008.
Our focus now is to discuss future options/roles for Collaboratives. Thursday's discussion resulted in six vision elements for Collaboratives in the next 3-5 years. Please share with your regional colleagues and get feedback on the vision elements as well as "where to from here". Please share that feedback so we can frame our next discussion on Wednesday, October 15 at St. Cloud Tri-Cap. Thanks and enjoy the rest of the summer. Edie
